6 REGULAR SOURCES OF INFORMATION

The information in the register is primarily obtained from the users themselves. In these cases, users are referred to as "Customer" in the section above. Through these Clients, information is also obtained on children enrolled in swimming schools and any other carers of these children.

Information is also obtained from the customer's own activities and behaviour on Little Dolphins' website and systems.

7 REGULAR DISCLOSURES OF DATA

The data in the register will not be disclosed to third parties. The register is managed and maintained by the company and its selected partners.

No data is transferred.

9 PRINCIPLES OF REGISTER PROTECTION

The electronic register is accessed via encrypted data connections. Representatives of the organisation and partners have limited and contractually defined access to the register. Only designated persons are allowed to process the register data. Security is in line with the latest standards and good practice. In particular, the security measures take into account the possibility of human error, which is one of the most common causes of security breaches.

The personal data recorded in the register are covered by the confidentiality rules.
