Swimming days: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Getting here: Allergiatalo is conveniently located along the Green Line – easy to reach by bus or tram.

Pool info: The pool is very comfortable, with a depth of 110–150 cm.

Parking: Street parking is available (2-hour disc zones) and in the Paciuksenkaari and Kallioportaankatu parking garages (Gradus €1/hour). Additional parking is available on the other side of Paciuksenkatu at HUS Allergy Hospital. Please note: Paciuksenkaari is a no-parking area. Cars may only be parked in designated spots.

  • Baby swim

    Baby Swim

    Baby Delfiinit is designed for children aged 3 months to 2 years, together with the adults joining them in the pool (1–2 adults).

    The main purpose of baby swimming is to help the child become comfortable in the water, so they learn to trust their own abilities and eventually move independently in the water.

  • Sibling swims

    Sibling Swims - Star Dolphins

    Star Delfiinit is designed for more experienced baby swimmers, starting from 3 months with no upper age limit.

    The group is also open to the main swimmer’s older or younger siblings (from 3 months onward), as well as the adults joining them in the pool (1–2 adults).

  • Family swim school

    Family swim school

    Family Swim School is designed for children aged 3 and up, with no upper age limit.

    Older or younger siblings (from 1 year onward, with no upper age limit) are also welcome to join. Children may be accompanied in the pool by 1–2 adults.

    The core idea of the program is to give children the opportunity to develop their swimming skills with guidance from their own parent.

    The main goals of the Family Swim School are to achieve basic 10-meter and 25-meter swimming skills.

  • technique swimming

    Technique - Diamond Dolphins

    Dolphin Diamonds is for children who can swim 20 meters. The minimum age is 5 years.

    Technique groups are held at Pikku Delfiinit Center, Allergiatalo, and Pikku Delfiinit Center Espoo in Keilaniemi.

    The goal of the group is to refine children’s swimming techniques and introduce them to the basics of lifesaving. In Dolphin Diamonds, children are in the pool without a parent.
